NASI GORENG KAMPUNG
Ingredient
3 cups cooked rices
4 stalk water spinach / kangkung (slices about 1 inch)
1/2 tbsp chicken powder
4 pcs shallots (slices)
salt to taste
2 egg
some oil
Pounded items
1/2 cup anchovies
5 pcs bird chilies @ thai chilies (quantity as desires)
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp belacan / shrimp paste
Method
1) Heat the oil and fry the shallots till golden brown and then add pounded ingredients. Cook untill fragrant.
2) Add eggs and stirred untill the eggs well cooked.
3) Then add rices and the vegetables too. Stir well.
4) Lastly add chicken powder and some salt, stirred again. Done
