Its for sometime I do not see my own blog, cause of my daily busy. I've to write new recipes for my next books, cooking demotrations, attending the invitation and also manages the family. I'm really tired and sometimes I wanna to run away to find the peace for myself.

Hi & salam...long time no see...hehehehehe....Its being a long time I didn't share any recipes with you guys. Ok today I love to share my simple recipe that everyone can cook it. lets try this simple dish now.

SPINACH CHICKEN FRIED WITH OYSTER SAUCE

Ingredient
2 pcs chicken breast - cut into small chunks
1 bowl spinach @ water spinach @ water morning glowry @ kangkung (in malay)
1 inches ginger - peel skin off and cut strip @ julianne
1 onion - peel skin off and slice round
3 garlic - peel and chopped
1-2 red chilies - slice
3 table spoon oyster sauce
1/2 cup water
3 table spoon cooking oil

Method:
1) Heat oil in the wok. Saute garlic, onion and ginger till fragrant.
2) Add in the chicken, stir briefly. Add in 1/2 cup water, let it boil for a while or until chicken cook.
3) Add in oyster sauce, red chillies and the spinach or water spinach. Mix well and let its cook for a few second. And ready to serve!

Ok saya nak kongsi pulak resepi mudah sape-sape pun boleh masak yang
bertajuk :

SAMBAL BENDI

Bahan Bahan
beberapa batang bendi
1 kiub pati ikan bilis
3 sudu makan air asam jawa
garam dan gula secukup rasa
sedikit minyak untuk menumis

Bahan Kisar
15 batang lada kering - rendam dulu
5 biji bawang merah - kupas kulit
5 ulas bawang putih - kupas kulit
1 inci kunyit hidup - kupas kulit ( untuk menantikkan warnanya ajew)
sedikit belacan

CaraNya:
1) Ini option jew tau, bendi nak celur atau tidak suka hatilah iya...bagi chef biar gitu.
2) Mula-mula panaskan minyak dalam kuali dan tumiskan bahan kisar . Masakkan hingga sambal pecah minyak.
3) Masukkan bendi, air asam jawa, pati ikan bilis, garam dan gula. Kacau serata.
4) Lebih kurang dalam 2-3 minit dah bleh tutup api dan angkat. Siap untuk dihidangkan.

CHICKEN RENDANG JOHOR STYLE
Ingredient
1 whole chicken   (cut into pieces )
2 pcs turmeric leaves    ( sliced)
1/2 cup curry powder
2/3 cup roasted coconut    ( creamed mashed/pounded)
1/2 tbsp chicken powder (chicken stock)
1/3 cup tamarind juice
2 liters coconut milk
1 tbsp sugar
salt to taste
some oil

Blended Ingredient
4 stalk lemon grass   (slices)
1 inch galangal  (slices)
1 inch ginger      (slices)
1 inch turmeric root    (slices)
5 pcs dry chilies    ( soaked)
5 pcs shallots
3 pcs garlic

Method
1) Heat some oil dan fry the blended ingredients with the curry powder.Cooked untill the ingredients well cooked.
2) Add the chicken, stir well. And pour some coconut milk. Leave it for a few minutes. So that the chicken can absorb the ingredient.
3) Then add the turmuric leaves, salt, sugar, chicken powder and the tamarind juice too. Stir well.
4) When the chicken cooked and the gravy thickens enough,
add the creamed mashed roasted coconut. Stir again well. Cook abaout a few minutes and its ready. Done
